Do I need AI experience?

Consultancy: Yes—at least basic hands-on with a generative AI tool.Content Creation / Retainers: Not required. A moodboard or brand kit helps us move faster.

What counts as “one asset”?

One finished visual in one ratio (e.g., 1080×1350 still). Extra ratios/crops = +1 each. 5–10s motion clips count as 2 assets.

What do you need from us to start?

• A short goal (what success looks like)

• Brand kit or moodboard (logo, colors, references)

• Any must-include text/products/dates

• One point of contact (for feedback within 48h on retainers)

How long does a project take?

• Consultancy: ~1–2 weeks

• Creation (one-off): usually 3–7 days per set

• Retainers: weekly cadence (ongoing)

How many revisions are included?

• One-off creation: 1–2 rounds (scope-dependent)

• Retainers: 1–2 rounds per batch
  Additional rounds are possible as add-ons.

Do we own the content?

You receive usage rights for your brand channels (organic + paid). Licensing terms are clear in each proposal.

Do you use our data to train anything?

No. Client references and materials are used only for your project. We follow privacy-first practices and can sign an NDA.

What about models, likeness, and ethics?

We avoid using identifiable private individuals without proper rights. For fashion/beauty, we rely on non-identifiable characters, licensed elements, or client-provided rights-cleared assets. We follow platform ad policies and local regulations.

Can you shoot real photos or manage media buying?

No. We’re focused on AI visuals. Need production or media? We can recommend partners.

Can we cancel or pause a retainer?

Yes—14-day notice. Unused monthly capacity can roll over 1 month (limits depend on plan).

Rush requests?

If we have capacity: +25–50% rush fee, depending on scope and timing.
